Construction Site Safety Induction: Teaser
Construction Site Safety Induction: Teaser
The On Site Offering is a digital learning module for blue-collar employees in the construction industry that makes safety tangible — delivering a more lasting impact than traditional training formats. Within an interactive construction-site environment, participants control a digital character, navigate realistic scenarios, make decisions, and experience the direct consequences of their actions. This approach builds competencies that translate into everyday performance: identifying risks at an early stage, applying regulations with confidence, maintaining site order as a core element of accident prevention, selecting appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), responding correctly in case of fire, and acting in a structured manner during emergencies. The result is strengthened safety awareness, reduced error rates, improved execution quality, and support for a safety culture that is actively lived on site. Use the On Site Offering module to conduct your annual safety instruction or to onboard new employees effectively — with a format that actively engages participants and creates sustainable impact by training real-world decision-making rather than merely testing theoretical knowledge.

Teaser: Modul 3 – PSA
The appropriate PPE is selected based on the specific task and associated risk and is checked for completeness. Unsafe situations are identified at an early stage and actively prevented through the correct level of protection. Learning objectives: Participants select PPE with greater confidence by more effectively aligning task requirements and risk exposure, identifying missing protection more quickly and accurately. Unsafe working practices are interrupted earlier, as protection levels and operational limits are assessed more clearly and consistently.
