Construction Site Safety Induction
Construction Site Safety Induction
The “Construction Site Safety Induction” training is a digital learning module designed for operational employees in the construction industry. It makes safety tangible and therefore delivers more sustainable impact than traditional training formats. Within an interactive construction site environment, participants control a digital character, navigate realistic scenarios, make decisions, and experience immediate consequences. By working through the topics of behavioral rules and legal foundations, housekeeping and site organization, personal protective equipment (PPE), fire protection, and first aid, practical competencies are systematically developed. Participants learn to identify risks at an early stage, apply regulations with confidence, consistently implement order as a preventive measure, select appropriate PPE, respond correctly in the event of fire, and act in a structured manner during emergencies. This strengthens workplace safety, reduces the risk of errors, enhances execution quality, and supports a safety culture that is actively practiced in day-to-day operations. Use the On Site Offering learning module to conduct your annual safety briefing or to effectively onboard new employees—through a format that actively engages participants and creates lasting behavioral change by training actions, not just testing knowledge.

Learning Content

Module 1 – General Rules of Conduct and Legal Foundations
In this interactive construction site scenario, safe behavioral standards, responsibilities, and legal requirements are trained in a practical context. Decisions related to hazard zones, safe pathways, and proper reporting of deficiencies reinforce compliant behavior in everyday operations.
Module 2 – Order and Housekeeping
Common accident hazards caused by disorder are identified and systematically eliminated –from blocked traffic and escape routes to unsafe material storage. Order is translated into routine action as an effective preventive measure.
Module 3 – Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Appropriate PPE is selected based on task and risk level and checked for completeness. Unsafe situations are recognized early and actively prevented through the correct level of protection.
Module 4 – Fire Protection
Escape routes, assembly points, and correct behavior in the event of an alarm are practiced in realistic scenarios. Typical evacuation errors are identified and replaced with safe and structured response actions.
Module 5 – First Aid
Fundamental first aid knowledge and the emergency response chain are applied in practical accident scenarios. The targeted use of first aid equipment (e.g., first aid kits) strengthens operational confidence in critical situations.
